Teenage cyclist dies in collision in Willenhall


A teenage cyclist has been killed in a road traffic collision in the West Midlands.

Emergency services were called to Sandbeds Road in Willenhall, near Walsall, at about 1030 BST.

Police said it appeared the 16-year-old cyclist, from Willenhall, had been involved in a collision with a skip lorry.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
