Teenager accused of Bradford fire deaths back in court

A man charged with the murders of a woman and her two children who died as a result of a Bradford house fire has made his second court appearance.

Alina Shah, 10, and her brother Aman, eight, were fatally injured at their home in Pollard Park on 6 July. Their mother, Iram, 30, died in hospital.

Arshed Mahmood, 18, of Pollard Lane, has been charged with their murders.

He was remanded in custody at Bradford Crown Court on Monday and is due to appear again on 5 November.

A trial date has been set for 12 June.
