Dorset man killed in Wiltshire crash

A 64-year-old man from Dorset has been killed in a crash on the A350 in Wiltshire.

Police said a Peugeot 207 was in a collision with a Vauxhall Omega estate near the Lee Lane junction at East Knoyle at about 1900 GMT on Monday.

The Vauxhall driver, who was from the Poole area, died on the way to hospital, a spokesman said.

The road was closed for five hours while officers from Wiltshire Police investigated.

Anyone who saw the crash has been urged to contact police.
