A man has admitted killing a teenager on a Bristol street.

Kemar Campbell, 21, was on trial for the murder of Abdirisak Mohamoud, 18, at Bristol Crown Court. He denied the charge.

On Friday he admitted manslaughter, which was accepted by the Crown. Campbell, from Easton, is due be sentenced on Monday.

Mr Mohamoud, 18, was stabbed in Villiers Road in Easton on 8 July last year, and later died in hospital.

Campbell was arrested in Barcelona, Spain, in January this year, after a police investigation.
