St Pauls Carnival stabbing: Man charged with wounding

A man is charged over a knife attack at this year's St Pauls Carnival in Bristol.

The victim, a 23-year-old man, was stabbed in Portland Square on 5 July.

A 22-year-old man from Birmingham has been charged with one count of wounding and has been released on bail to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on 2 January.

This year's carnival saw six men stabbed in total, in separate attacks.
