Man, 26, charged in Wisbech murder inquiry

A second man has been charged with the murder of a 38-year-old Lithuanian woman in Cambridgeshire.
The body of Jolanta Dumciuviene was found at a house in Milner Road, Wisbech, on Friday 7 May.
Tomas Acas, 26, of Milner Road, is expected to appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court later.
Arlandas Ubartas, 44, of Milner Road, was charged with murder in May. A 23-year-old woman has been re-arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
