Two dead, two injured as car hits tree in Elsworth

Two people died and two others were injured when a car left the road and hit a tree in Cambridgeshire.

It happened on Saturday evening on Rogues Lane, Elsworth.

The driver of the Renault Clio, 20-year-old Darryl Townsend, of Stirling Road, St Ives, died along with Harry David Williams, 17, also of Stirling Road.

Two other passengers were injured in the crash, with one of them suffering serious injuries.
