A man has died in a fire in a caravan in Essex.
Crews were called to the caravan in Buckwyns Chase, Billericay, on Friday morning after being alerted by a neighbour.
By the time firefighters arrived the fire was mostly out and they found the body of a man. An investigation into its cause is under way.
Firefighters were using a hose reel jet to dampen down the remains of the caravan.
Martin Trevillion from Essex Fire and Rescue said: "Caravans possess all the same dangers that are present in the home and need exactly the same safety measures in place.
"Effectively, they become people's temporary homes and need to be made as safe as possible."
