The organisers of a Diamond Jubilee street party in Cambridge used speed dating-style introductions to help neighbours get to know each other.

The party was held at Mawson Road in the centre of the city and the road was closed for the day.

When the organisers began planning the party they realised they could also put together a band made up of musicians living in the road.

There are 99 street parties being held in Cambridgeshire this Bank Holiday.
