Dog walker dies after falling on to rocks in Cornwall


A 62-year-old man has died after falling on to rocks in Cornwall.

The man, from St Just, was walking dogs when he fell about 20ft (6m) off the side of a car park at Sandy Cove in Newlyn, Penzance, on Friday afternoon.

He was treated by paramedics at the scene after suffering serious head injuries.

Devon and Cornwall Police said there were no suspicious circumstances but added that a report was being prepared for the coroner.
