Bodmin man charged with Corby Craze murder

A man has appeared in court charged with murdering a woman in Cornwall.

The body of 43-year-old mother of two Corby Craze was found after a fire at her home in Vivian Road, Bodmin, on Saturday.

Terence Whitham, 33, of Lower Bore Street, Bodmin, was also charged with theft and criminal damage.

Bodmin Magistrates' Court remanded Mr Whitham in custody. He will appear at Truro Crown Court on 31 August.

A 22-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman who were arrested on suspicion of helping an offender have been released on bail.
