The former skipper of a Cornish leisure boat has appeared in court charged with being over the legal alcohol limit while in charge of a vessel.
David Pill, 39, was arrested after mooring the Lady Elizabeth at the Prince of Wales Pier at Falmouth on 17 August.
Truro Magistrates' Court committed Mr Pill, of Tresillian Road, Falmouth, to the city's crown court.
He was released on unconditional bail and is due to appear on 17 December.
The 50ft Lady Elizabeth, operated by K&S Cruises, can carry up to 75 passengers.
The company dismissed Mr Pill following his arrest.
