An airline is to reinstate its Cornwall to Manchester service eight weeks earlier than planned, it has said.

Bmibaby is to resume its Newquay to Manchester route from next February.

There will be twice-weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays, before increasing to up to six flights a week during the summer.

The route was first introduced in 2006. The company said it was resuming the flights in February instead of April because of growing demand.
