Man, 85, injured when car overturns near Liskeard

An 85-year-old man has been injured in car crash in Cornwall.

Devon and Cornwall Police said the single-vehicle accident happened about 1730 GMT on Wednesday.

The driver, believed to be from east Cornwall, was hurt when his BMW overturned on the B3254 at Rosecraddoc, near Liskeard.

A police spokesman said the man was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, where his condition is described as serious.
