Man found dead at Trevelgue Campsite in Cornwall

A man in his early 20s has been found dead at a campsite in Cornwall.

The man, whose name has not yet been released, was discovered unconscious at the Trevelgue Campsite at Porth at 0600 BST on Saturday.

The man was treated by ambulance crews at the scene and taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske where he was pronounced dead.

Police said the death was being treated as unexplained and the circumstances were not believed to be suspicious.

The campsite is used as a base for the annual Run to the Sun car rally.
