A man who was found dead at a campsite in Cornwall has been named by police as a 24-year-old from Hampshire.
Billy James Cogger, from Hayling Island, was discovered unconscious at the Trevelgue Campsite at Porth on Saturday morning.
Police said the death was not suspicious and they were awaiting a toxicology report.
Mr Cogger's family said: "He lived his life to the full and crammed a lot of living into his 24 years."
They added: "Billy was a much loved member of our family and had a vast number of close friends - he will be missed by us all."
Mr Cogger was treated by ambulance crews at the campsite and taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske where he was pronounced dead.
The campsite is used as a base for the annual Run to the Sun car rally.
