A grant organisation in Cornwall still has thousands of pounds available to help victims of the county's 2010 floods, it says.

About 230 homes and 400 businesses were affected by flooding on 17 November.

Mevagissey, Lostwithiel, St Blazey and St Austell were among the worst-hit areas, with water reaching up to 6ft (2m) deep in places.

The Cornwall Community Foundation said of £9,400 raised to help those affected, £7,400 was still available.

The foundation said its Cornwall Flood Fund had helped 15 households so far.

People resident in Mevagissey, Lostwithiel, Pentewan and St Blazey could apply, it said.
