Illogan cemetery woman 'probably died of hypothermia'

A woman who was found in a semi-conscious state in a cemetery in Cornwall probably died of hypothermia, police have said.

Kathrin Clemmow, 43 - from Illogan, near Redruth - was found at St Illogan Parish Church on Wednesday morning.

Ms Clemmow, originally from Germany, was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, where she died.

Devon and Cornwall Police said the coroner had been informed and a post-mortem examination carried out.

The alarm was raised after a member of the public found Ms Clemmow in the cemetery at about 08:45 GMT on Wednesday.
