Lostwithiel crash motorcyclist dies in hospital

A man has died after his motorcycle was in collision with a car in Cornwall.

The crash involving a Honda motorcycle and a Skoda happened at the junction of the A390 and the B3269 near Lostwithiel.

The 54-year-old man, who was from Plymouth, was airlifted to the city's Derriford Hospital, but later died. The driver of the car was not injured.

Devon and Cornwall Police are asking for witnesses to the collision, which happened on Saturday at 14:15 BST.
