Driver tries to get girls in car in Leamington Spa

Two teenage girls have been approached by a motorist who tried to get them into his car in Warwickshire.

The girls were walking along Valley Road in Lillington, Leamington Spa, when they were stopped and asked for directions to a McDonalds.

The man then said he had a problem with one of his eyes and asked the girls to get into his car.

The girls refused and then went to a nearby youth centre and reported the incident.

Warwickshire Police said the man, in his 30s, was driving a blue Ka and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
