'Deliberate' fire destroys barn in Warwickshire

A fire which destroyed a barn and caused damage estimated at £10,000 was started deliberately, it is believed.

Ten fire engines were deployed to a farm in Wike Lane, Sambourne, Warwickshire, after the blaze started at about 0100 BST on Thursday.

The barn, which had hay inside, was close to a residential property where people were sleeping.

Police and fire investigators have revealed they believe the fire near Studley was started deliberately.
