The family of a woman whose body was discovered in the boot of a car in Warwickshire have paid tribute to her.

Claire O'Connor, 38, was found in a parked car in Montana Walk, Nuneaton, on Monday 2 January. The mother-of-one had died from neck injuries.

Her family called her an "amazing mother" and said she would be "greatly missed".

Aaron Daniel Mann, 31, of Church Road in Nuneaton, has been charged with her murder.

He is due to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Monday.

Ms O'Connor's family said in a statement: "Claire was an amazing mother, full of life and she had so much to give.

"She will be greatly missed by all of us and in our hearts forever."

Her body was found inside a silver Ford Focus bearing the number plate BV07 SYC.

Police investigating the murder are appealing for information about the movements of the vehicle since Saturday 31 December.
