A man in his 70s was airlifted to hospital with a suspected broken leg after a light aircraft crash-landed in Warwickshire.

The pilot and passenger were treated by emergency crews who were called to Shotteswell Farm airfield, police said.

"The other casualty, believed to be in his late 60s, was assessed at the scene having suffered minor injuries," West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
