Appeal after Barrow knifepoint robbery

A man was forced to hand over cash when he was threatened at knifepoint by two men in Barrow.

The 38-year-old was approached by the pair in Cotswold Crescent on Monday morning.

He was threatened with a small knife and gave them £125 in cash. He was not hurt but was left shaken.

Cumbria Police said as the incident happened in broad daylight, they are confident there were witnesses and are appealing for them to get in touch.
