Police have released the name of a man who died five days after a crash on a Cumbrian road.
Richard Kenneth Hutton was a passenger in a Fiat Punto which was involved in a collision with another car and a van on the A590 near Ulverston on 6 October.
The 82-year-old man, from Burneside, Kendal, was seriously injured and died in hospital on Monday.
The driver of the Punto, a 56-year-old woman, was treated in hospital and later released. No-one else was hurt.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to the crash, particularly the driver of a blue 4x4, which was believed to have been turning off the A590 towards Next Ness at the time.
