David Latimer named as Cumbrian man killed in collision

Police have named a 66-year-old Cumbrian man who died after a crash in Northumberland.

David Latimer, from Brampton, was driving a Toyota Landcruiser along the A69, when it collided with a silver Mazda 6 on 20 July.

Mr Latimer died at the Cumberland Infirmary after the collision in Hexham.

The 33-year-old male driver of the Mazda suffered minor injuries in the collision shortly before 19:00 BST.
