Seven charged after Carlisle's Concrete manager attack

Seven people have been charged with affray after a Carlisle nightclub manager was attacked.

Tim Ip, 26, was attacked by a group at the Lowther Arcade early on 7 June.

The Concrete manger suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary. Police say he is still recovering.

Six men, aged 19 to 30 and a 29-year-old woman, have all been charged with affray. They will appear at Carlisle Magistrates' Court on 1 November.
