Homes evacuated after Derbyshire farm fire
- Published
Twelve homes have been evacuated after a large fire broke out at a Derbyshire farm.
Ten fire crews were called to the blaze at High Ash Farm, in Mansfield Road, Clowne, which started at about 1000 BST.
A cordon was set up around the farm because of concerns that acetylene gas cylinders were nearby.
Four crews remain at the farm, damping down and keeping the cylinders cool, a fire service spokesperson said.
Six buildings on the farm were damaged but it is not yet known how the fire started.
Crews from Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire were also called to the fire.
