People return to their homes after Clowne farm fire


Residents have returned to their homes following a fire involving gas cylinders on a Derbyshire farm.

Fire crews were called to the fire at High Ash Farm, in Mansfield Road, Clowne on Tuesday morning.

Twelve properties were evacuated but people allowed to return to their homes later that evening.

Six buildings on the farm were damaged. Crews remained at the scene cooling acetylene cylinders on Wednesday morning.
