Shop worker threatened with knife in Derby robbery

A shop worker was threatened with a knife during a robbery at a Derby off-licence.

Three men walked into Drewry News and Off Licence in Drewry Lane on Monday afternoon, and one brandished the weapon.

They escaped with cash, two bottles of spirits and a mobile phone.

The three robbers are described as black, and hid their faces beneath scarves. Anyone with information is asked to contact Derbyshire Police.

One of the offenders is about 5ft 8in tall, slim and wore a black hooded jacket. The second is about 6ft tall, of average build, aged in his 20s, and was wearing dark navy jogging bottoms, a black jacket and black trainers.

The third is about 5ft 6in tall, and wore a black hoodie and grey jogging bottoms.
