A50 Derbyshire crash: Police name two killed

Two people, who died when the car they were travelling in crashed into a parked lorry in Derbyshire, have been named.

Dorothy Marson, 50, and William Wright, 57, were passengers in a Peugeot 206 which was heading eastbound on the A50 between Chellaston and Aston-on-Trent.

Police said the female driver, 25, and a male passenger, 25, suffered minor injuries in the crash on Saturday.

The driver of the lorry, which was parked in a lay-by, was not injured.
