Pregnant inmate Sefora Tanase 'on run' from Foston Hall

A 19-year-old prisoner "in the latter stages of pregnancy" has absconded during a hospital visit.

Sefora Tanase, from Birmingham, is 5ft 1in (1.55m) tall and has dark eyes, dark hair and a tattoo on her right forearm.

Police said she was an inmate at HMP Foston Hall in Derbyshire and had escaped from Royal Derby Hospital.

She was last seen on Thursday wearing dark leggings, a dark long-sleeved top and grey pumps with pom-poms.

Tanase is of Romanian nationality and is currently serving a sentence for theft.

She has links to the Birmingham area where she lived at Kingswood Road in Moseley.
