Man arrested over stabbing at Devon campsite

A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing at a campsite in north Devon.

Police officers were called to Woolacombe Bay Holiday Village in the early hours following reports that a man had been stabbed in the hand.

A 19-year-old man from Barnstaple was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in police custody.

The victim, a 22-year-old man from Braunton, was treated in hospital.
