Police investigate discovery of woman's body in Devon

Detectives are investigating the discovery of a woman's body at a house in Devon.

Police and an ambulance crew were called to a property on Abbey Road, Torquay, on Saturday evening following the discovery.

The woman is believed to be aged 30 and from the local area, police said.

Her death is currently being treated as "unexplained" but a post-mortem examination will be carried out to establish how she died.
