An electricity substation, community centre and shed have been damaged in a fire in south Devon.
The fire broke out in the shed in Higher Buckeridge Road, Teignmouth, at about 0140 GMT, the fire service said.
It then spread to the adjacent external wall of the Richard Newton Hall Community Centre and the substation.
Electrical engineers were called to isolate the 11,000-volt station. The fire service said it was investigating the cause of the blaze.
