Fire at Plymouth's Glenbourne psychiatric unit

Firefighters were called to a fire at a psychiatric unit in Plymouth on Sunday night.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said the alarm at the Glenbourne unit in Derriford was raised at about 2145 GMT.

Crews from Camel's Head and Crownhill dealt with a small fire which was in a dormitory of the unit.

No patients or staff were injured and the cause of the fire in being investigated.
