Man arrested over Chudleigh car crash death

A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after one of his passengers was killed in a car crash in Devon.

The 21-year-old was fatally injured in the accident on the A38, near Chudleigh, on Friday.

Two other passengers in the Lancashire-registered BMW M5 received minor injuries, Devon and Cornwall Police said.

The driver has been released on police bail until 4 May.
