Chudleigh car crash victim named

A 21-year-old man killed in a crash in Devon has been named.

Steven Casey, who was from the Liverpool area, was fatally injured in the accident on the A38, near Chudleigh, on Friday evening.

Mr Casey was a passenger in the single-vehicle crash involving a BMW. Two other passengers suffered minor injuries.

A 27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released on bail until 4 May.
