Crews have tackled a fire in Devon, which is believed to have been started deliberately.
Emergency services were called to the fire at a second-floor flat in Devonport Road, Plymouth just before 2200 GMT on Friday.
The bathroom of the flat was severely damaged in the fire, but no-one was injured.
Devon and Cornwall Police said a man had been arrested on suspicion of arson and was being held in custody.
