Ex school maintenance worker Matthew Moses on sex charges

A former school maintenance worker has appeared in court accused of having sex with a female pupil.

Matthew Moses, 30, from Portland Avenue, Teignmouth is accused of taking part in sexual activity with a girl under 16, between 2006 and 2008.

He faces charges which relate to when he worked at the school where the alleged victim was a student.

Mr Moses made no plea at Exeter Crown Court and is expected to appear on 16 March.

He is charged with seven offences of sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 15 and one of sexual touching.
