Exmouth fly-tippers leave behind dog mess

Fly-tippers left large bags of dog mess at various points in Exmouth, environmental health officers said.

East Devon District Council said the offending bags were like those used by people with working dogs, kennels or other large numbers of dogs.

One set of bags was left by a dog bin on the Imperial Recreation Ground on 27 March.

Officers also found similar quantities of bags near Marine Way and Chatham Close.
