Lorry driver in court over cyclist Chris Dennehy death

A lorry driver has appeared in court charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of a cyclist in Devon.

John Noble, 42, from Plymouth, was bailed at Torquay Magistrates' Court to reappear on 13 March.

Cyclist Chris Dennehy, 58, from Plympton, died following the collision on 5 September on the Exeter-bound carriageway of the A38 near Lee Mill.

Mr Dennehy used the route to get to and from work at a supermarket.
