A Dorset nursery worker arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a child has been released without charge.
The member of staff at the Starlight Childcare Centre at Winfrith was arrested on 3 February.
Dorset Police investigated with the support of social services, but said there was insufficient evidence.
The force said the nursery was now permanently closed and any inquiries should be directed to Ofsted. Parents have been informed.
The nursery looked after children up to the age of eight.
