Man charged after girl's leg broken by cyclist

A man has been charged after a four-year-old girl's leg was broken when she was knocked down by a cyclist in Dorset.

Sienna Barnett was walking on the pavement in Southbourne Grove, Bournemouth, in November 2011 when she was hit.

Dorset Police said a 19-year-old man from Christchurch had been charged with wanton and furious driving.

He is due to appear before Bournemouth magistrates on Friday 2 March.
