Man found in sea off Dorset coast identified

The body of a man found in the sea off the Dorset coast has been identified.

Robert Wray, 54, from Prestwood in Buckinghamshire, was found on Monday at Alum Chine, Bournemouth.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious, and an inquest has been opened and adjourned at Bournemouth Coroners' Court.

Mr Wray was found at 07:40 GMT and was pronounced dead at Poole Hospital. The cause of death has been confirmed as drowning.
