Reece James shooting: Four men guilty of manslaughter
Four London men have been convicted for their part in the death of a 21-year-old man who was shot in a Dorset flat.
Reece James, 21, died at the flat in Roumelia Lane, Boscombe on 25 July.
Kieron Wellington, 30, Wayne Stephenson, 34, Keifer Hutchinson, 23, and Jarome Parkinson, 25, were found guilty of manslaughter following a trial at Winchester Crown Court.
Bournemouth woman Terri Campbell, 23, who was arrested and charged, was cleared by the jury last month.
The four men will be sentenced on Friday.
Following Mr James' death, extensive investigations were carried out across the south of England with inquiries leading police to London and Kent.
Public appeals were issued in the weeks following the shooting, urging anyone with information to come forward.
In August and September, the four men were arrested and charged.
Det Supt Pam Trevillion, from Dorset Police, said: "This verdict comes at the end of a complex investigation with our colleagues at the Metropolitan Police and Kent Police as well as the Crown Prosecution Service.
"My thoughts are with Reece's family at this difficult time and I hope that today's verdict provides them with some closure."
