Woman found not guilty of Harlow murder


A jury has found a 55-year-old woman not guilty of murdering a man from Essex.

Ronald Lowe, 43, was found dead at an address in Long Ley, Harlow, on 30 August 2009. He died from a stab wound to the chest.

Susan Lowe, 55, also of Long Ley, Harlow, was arrested and charged with his murder but denied the offence.

Following a trial at Chelmsford Crown Court a jury found her not guilty of murder.

Police said: "We would like to thank the witnesses who gave up their time to give evidence at this trial.

"Our thoughts today are with Ronald's family."
