Driver collapses after Essex road crash

A driver from Hertfordshire has collapsed and died shortly after a crash in Essex.
A white Mitsubishi van and a silver VW Polo car were involved in a minor collision at Fifth Avenue, Harlow, at about 0850 BST on Wednesday.
The van driver, a man in his 60s from Ware, collapsed on the street following the incident.
He was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital but pronounced dead shortly after arriving, police said.
