Man killed in A120 road accident in Essex is named

A man who died in a crash on the A120 in Essex has been named as a 19-year-old local man.

Nathan Wright from the Colchester area was killed when the BMW he was driving left the road and hit a bridge support on Monday morning.

His front seat passenger, a man, 21, also of the Colchester area, was taken to Colchester Hospital.

Essex Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident at Elmstead.

They said the BMW is believed to have had slight contact with a green LDV van just before the car left the road.
