Man released without charge over Essex fatal collision

A man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving over a crash in Essex has been released from his bail without charge.

John Handley, 54, of Bures, died in a two-car crash on the B1508 Colchester to Bures road in West Bergholt on 13 February.

A 32-year-old from Colchester was arrested soon after and bailed.

Police said he had been released from bail following a decision by the Crown Prosecution Service.
